Join our adult low impact fitness class at 10am in the Arundel Municipal building, meeting room. Get moving every Tuesday morning with aerobics, weights, balancing and stretching! This class is suitable for everyone seeking low impact fitness, and participants can be seated or standing and all exercises can be modified to be more or less intense. Have more energy, increased strength, and improved balance; all while making new friends!
For Arundel residents: Suggested donation $20 for the month of November. We want you to join us, even if you are unable to make a donation. Please register online ($0), and feel free to make a donation in person during the fitness class if you would like to.
Non-residents are welcome, $20 for the month of November.
ALL, regardless of residency, are welcome to come by for ONE FREE drop in, as space allows.
Doors will open at 9:30am. Please arrive between 9:30-9:55am. All participants must be checked in before doors lock at 10am for the start of class. Please arrive ahead of time to check in to avoid class disruption.
Make sure you have water and wear active attire. Bring exercise sneakers to change into upon arrival (to keep floors clean/dry).
