7:30 PM - 9:30 PM	Spring & Summer Adult Pick-Up Basketball - April 17th Adult Pick-Up Arundel Parks & Rec is offering Adult Pickup Basketball at MLD School gymnasium. All participants must sign a wavier and pay a $3 drop-in-fee once entering the gym. You must be 18 years or older to participate.Please arrive between 7:30-7:45PM. After 7:45PM doors will be shut. Use the gym entrance near the bus loop. Thursday evenings 7:30PM to 9:30PM starting Thursday, April 10th and last session would be Thursday, August 14th. 4:00 PM - 5:15 PM	Spring Flag Football - 1st & 2nd Grade Join us this spring for some flag football on Gilliam Field!! Led by Tyler Bernaiche & volunteer coaches this program teaches fundamentals of flag football in fun / safe environment. Grades 1/2: This program will focus on introducing your child to flag football. Developing essential skills such as passing, catching, running, flag pulling, and teamwork while learning the rules of the game. Weekly drills focusing on game-development, skill-building, fun interactive flag football games, and most importantly having fun! *Program needs 10+ participants to function*Grades 3,4,5: This program will focus on furthering your child's essential skills such as passing, catching, running, flag pulling, and teamwork. A more fast approach, weekly team building drills with the focus on learning game-development and skill-building. Led by Tyler Bernaiche & volunteer coaches this program teaches fundamentals of flag football in fun / safe environment. Grades 1/2: This program will focus on introducing your child to flag football. Developing essential skills such as passing, catching, running, flag pulling, and teamwork while learning the rules of the game. 4:00 PM - 5:15 PM	Spring A"Run"del Running Club - Kindergarten - 5th A"Run"del Running Club Returns This Spring! Lead by experienced running coach Melissa Maidana with help from Tyler Bernaiche & other volunteer coaches!This program will focus on introducing your child to running. Developing essential running skills such as warm-up, cool-down, various distance running, various short distance running, and sprinting. Weekly drills focusing on running development, correct technique, proper stretching, and developing healthy habits to give your body fuel for a run.  Participants will run on Gilliam Field, which is located at Mildred L. Day School. With the permission of parents and help from our volunteer coaches we may look at the Eastern Trail at the Arundel Town Hall. Along with looking at other smooth running surfaces locally to take participants for a run. There may be a option of using the track at Kennebunk High School on a Saturday morning or when high school & middle school track & field teams have an away meet. 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM	Spring & Summer Adult Pick-Up Basketball - May 1st Adult Pick-Up Arundel Parks & Rec is offering Adult Pickup Basketball at MLD School gymnasium. All participants must sign a wavier and pay a $3 drop-in-fee once entering the gym. You must be 18 years or older to participate.Please arrive between 7:30-7:45PM. After 7:45PM doors will be shut. Use the gym entrance near the bus loop. Thursday evenings 7:30PM to 9:30PM starting Thursday, April 10th and last session would be Thursday, August 14th. 4:00 PM - 5:15 PM	Spring Flag Football - 3rd - 5th Grade Join us this spring for some flag football on Gilliam Field!! Led by Tyler Bernaiche & volunteer coaches this program teaches fundamentals of flag football in fun / safe environment. Grades 1/2: This program will focus on introducing your child to flag football. Developing essential skills such as passing, catching, running, flag pulling, and teamwork while learning the rules of the game. Weekly drills focusing on game-development, skill-building, fun interactive flag football games, and most importantly having fun! *Program needs 10+ participants to function*Grades 3,4,5: This program will focus on furthering your child's essential skills such as passing, catching, running, flag pulling, and teamwork. A more fast approach, weekly team building drills with the focus on learning game-development and skill-building. 4:00 PM - 5:15 PM	Spring A"Run"del Running Club - Kindergarten - 5th A"Run"del Running Club Returns This Spring! Lead by experienced running coach Melissa Maidana with help from Tyler Bernaiche & other volunteer coaches!This program will focus on introducing your child to running. Developing essential running skills such as warm-up, cool-down, various distance running, various short distance running, and sprinting. Weekly drills focusing on running development, correct technique, proper stretching, and developing healthy habits to give your body fuel for a run.  Participants will run on Gilliam Field, which is located at Mildred L. Day School. With the permission of parents and help from our volunteer coaches we may look at the Eastern Trail at the Arundel Town Hall. Along with looking at other smooth running surfaces locally to take participants for a run. There may be a option of using the track at Kennebunk High School on a Saturday morning or when high school & middle school track & field teams have an away meet. 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM	Spring & Summer Adult Pick-Up Basketball - May 8th Adult Pick-Up Arundel Parks & Rec is offering Adult Pickup Basketball at MLD School gymnasium. All participants must sign a wavier and pay a $3 drop-in-fee once entering the gym. You must be 18 years or older to participate.Please arrive between 7:30-7:45PM. After 7:45PM doors will be shut. Use the gym entrance near the bus loop. Thursday evenings 7:30PM to 9:30PM starting Thursday, April 10th and last session would be Thursday, August 14th.
