9:30 AM - 10:45 AM	Adult Versatile Fitness - October Fitness Class for Adults Looking for a fun and welcoming way to stay active? Whether you're hoping to build strength, improve flexibility, increase balance, or simply enjoy moving your body, our Adult Versatile Fitness Class has something for everyone!Join us every Thursday at 9:30 AM at the Arundel Municipal Building, Meeting Room, for a full-body workout designed to meet you where you are. Each class includes: Aerobics Strength training with weights Balance exercises Stretching and flexibility work This class is perfect for adults of all fitness levels. Participants can complete exercises standing or seated, and every movement can be modified to be more or less challenging based on your comfort and ability. You'll leave each class feeling stronger, more energized, and more confident — all while enjoying a supportive atmosphere and making new friends along the way!ALL, are welcome to come by for ONE FREE drop in, as space allows.   Doors will open at 9:15am. Please arrive between 9:15-9:25am. All participants must be checked in before doors lock at 9:30am for the start of class. 7:30 PM - 10:00 PM	Fall Adult Pick-Up Basketball - October 22nd Adult Pick-Up Arundel Parks & Rec is offering Adult Pickup Basketball at MLD School gymnasium. All participants must sign a wavier and pay a $5 drop-in-fee once entering the gym, or register online in advance. You must be 18 years or older to participate.Please arrive between 7:30-7:45PM. After 7:45PM doors will be shut. Whether you're hoping to build strength, improve flexibility, increase balance, or simply enjoy moving your body, our Adult Versatile Fitness Class has something for everyone!Join us every Thursday at 9:30 AM at the Arundel Municipal Building, Meeting Room, for a full-body workout designed to meet you where you are. 7:30 PM - 10:00 PM	Fall Adult Pick-Up Basketball - October 29th Adult Pick-Up Arundel Parks & Rec is offering Adult Pickup Basketball at MLD School gymnasium. All participants must sign a wavier and pay a $5 drop-in-fee once entering the gym, or register online in advance. You must be 18 years or older to participate.Please arrive between 7:30-7:45PM. After 7:45PM doors will be shut.
